...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BROOME...
SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE...SUSQUEHANNA...NORTHWESTERN WAYNE AND
NORTHEASTERN BRADFORD COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 AM EDT...

At 948 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Deposit to near Hallstead to Towanda.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kirkwood, Conklin, Rush, Jackson, Walton, Towanda, Sanford,
Colchester, Susquehanna, and West Franklin.

This includes the following highway exits...
 New York Interstate 81 near 1.
 Interstate 86/Route 17 between 79 and 90.
 Pennsylvania Interstate 81 between 211 and 230.
