This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue this morning before moving
out of the region by noon. Locally heavy rainfall is a concern if
storms are slow moving or train over the same locations. Brief
gusty winds and cloud to ground lightning is also a concern.
Additional showers and thunderstorms may occur in the western
Panhandles this afternoon.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible on Saturday and
Sunday across the combined Panhandles. The main concerns will be
from damaging winds up to 60 to 70 mph. Some hail may be possible
but is a secondary risk. Locally heavy rainfall leading to some
flash flooding will also be possible, especially on Sunday in the
eastern Panhandles.

Afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will be possible
through the remainder of the week.
