...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SCHENECTADY...SOUTHERN SARATOGA
AND EAST CENTRAL MONTGOMERY COUNTIES THROUGH 1245 PM EDT...

At 1216 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Rotterdam Junction, or near Scotia, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Schenectady, Clifton Park, Rotterdam, Saratoga Springs, Scotia,
Mechanicville, Glenville, Niskayuna, Ballston Spa, Round Lake,
Country Knolls, North Ballston Spa, Rotterdam Junction, Alplaus, East
Glenville, Burnt Hills, Pattersonville-Rotterdam Junction, Halfmoon,
Malta, and Charlton.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 88 near exit 25.
 Interstate 90 between exits 25a and 26.
 Interstate 890 between exits 1a and 9.
 Interstate 87 between exits 8A and 13N.
