...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CAMDEN...CENTRAL
PASQUOTANK AND NORTHWESTERN CURRITUCK COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM EDT...

At 916 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elizabeth City, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent
         lightning.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding
         possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Elizabeth City, Camden, and Elizabeth City State University around
  920 PM EDT.
  Whitehall Shores and Indiantown around 925 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Belcross, Burnt Mills,
Snowden, Pierceville, Aydlett, Gregory, Okisko, Barco, Coinjock, and
Pasquotank.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
