  extending from 17 nm west of Assawoman Bay to near Chincoteague Bay
  to 9 nm north of Wachapreague Inlet, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
