For the following areas...
Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA including the
Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel...
Chesapeake Bay from New Point Comfort to Little Creek VA...
James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel...

At 417 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 nm southeast of Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel to
Latimer Shoal, moving east at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, 1st Island Bay Bridge, Latimer Shoal,
Cape Henry, Thimble Shoals, Poquoson, Dominion Pier, Kiptopeke
Concrete Ships, Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, Lynnhaven, Hampton River
Inlet, Hampton Flats, Bluefish Rock, Fishermans Island, The Hump,
Monitor Merrimack Bridge Tunnel, Willoughby Bay, Sewells Point, Cape
Henry Wreck, and Cabbage Patch.
