367 FNUS63 KABR 040911 RFDABR Rangeland Fire Danger Statement National Weather Service Aberdeen SD 411 AM CDT Thu Jul 4 2024 .DISCUSSION... Cool and humid conditions will be the rule today, with relative humidity values staying above 50 percent. The strongest winds will be west of the Missouri River, out of the northwest at 10 to 20 mph this afternoon. A tough of low pressure will focus across eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota today, with scattered off and on showers rotating across the area. A few rumbles of thunder will be possible as well. There will be breaks in the precipitation, particularly west of the Missouri River during the mid to late morning hours and west of the James River this evening. Dry weather will return late tonight into early Friday morning, before a 20 percent chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms returns Friday afternoon.
