...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL DE BACA AND EAST
CENTRAL GUADALUPE COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM MDT...

At 821 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles north of Sumner Lake State Park, or 18 miles north of Fort
Sumner, moving northwest at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Puerto De Luna.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
