...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN GUADALUPE COUNTY
THROUGH 1145 PM MDT...

At 1111 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Santa Rosa, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Santa Rosa, Puerto De Luna, Santa Rosa Lake State Park, and Cuervo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and
ponding of water on highways as storms move through the area.

Accumulations of small hail on roads can create very slick and
hazardous driving conditions.
