...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL DE BACA...SOUTHWESTERN
QUAY AND EAST CENTRAL GUADALUPE COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM MDT...

At 330 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Sumner Lake State Park, or 10 miles north of Fort Sumner, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Sumner, House, Yeso, Sumner Lake State Park, and Sumner Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

Boaters should move to safe shelter now!
