.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and storms have already developed along the east
slopes of the Sangre de Cristo mtns and will continue to slowly
move eastward through the afternoon. Lightning and
gusty outflow wind gusts up to 45 mph will be the main concern
with storms today. Storms become more numerous tomorrow,
increasing the risk of heavy rainfall. Around 0.1"-0.5" of rainfall
is expected through tomorrow afternoon, although totals have the
potential to exceed 1". Humidity recoveries may be greater than
what is shown if heavy rainfall occurs.
