This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of South Central Socorro County. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly or mountainous terrain there are numerous low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. Arroyos, streams, and normally dry rivers can become raging killer currents in a matter of minutes. Water in arroyos can travel many miles and take hours to reach your location from upstream rain areas. && LAT...LON 3408 10654 3408 10643 3371 10633 3366 10636 3366 10637 3364 10637 3348 10649 3348 10703 3368 10690 3383 10681 3407 10677 $$ 24
