Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Rapid and sudden rises are expected within the normally dry Rio Salado. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
