  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of north central New Mexico, including the
  following areas, Far Northwest Highlands and Tusas Mountains
  Including Chama.

* WHEN...From noon MDT today through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Torrential rainfall rates in excess of two inches per hour
    will create rapid runoff that can quickly produce flash
    flooding.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast New
  Mexico, including the following areas, in central New Mexico,
  South Central Mountains. In north central New Mexico, East Slopes
  Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Southern Sangre de Cristo
  Mountains. In northeast New Mexico, Johnson and Bartlett Mesas
  Including Raton Pass.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM MDT early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
