Synopsis: A strong gale system continues to move northward near the
central gulf, with an associated front spreading over the
southern panhandle moving northward. Behind the front, winds are
expected to shift to the south, and diminish down to fresh to
strong breezes through Thursday. Another system moves up from
the south Thursday night into Friday.
