Synopsis: Low pressure in the Eastern gulf will interact with high
pressure in Canada to bring gale to storm force outflow winds to
the northern panhandle before the low weakens on Tuesday.
Various shortwaves will bring showers to most of the panhandle
through Tuesday. Outflow winds will continue across the north
through most of the week.
