A strong storm approaching Alaska this weekend will bring heavy snow, blizzard conditions and bitterly cold temperatures. Meanwhile, a stalled front near Hawaii may bring flooding and even blizzard conditions for the Big Island Summits this weekend. Across the northern Plains and Great Lakes, accumulating snow some high winds are forecast.
