


Heavy Rain and Flooding in the Southern Plains
A cold front in the southern Plains will produce heavy rain and a flooding threat in the Arklatex area. These storms are expected to sink southward and weaken over South Texas on Thursday, and produce some moderate to locally heavy rainfall across southern Texas through the week.
