Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms will continue through Thursday along the Southeast Coast through the Carolinas. Heavy to excessive rainfall may lead to flash, urban and small stream flooding. A strong winter storm will bring blizzard conditions to the Arctic coastline in Alaska through Thursday.
