A strong low pressure system over the Great Lakes will produce locally heavy snow and rain, before reaching eastern Canada by tomorrow morning. Heavy snow is expected across the Upper Mississippi Valley and Great Lakes with the arrival of an Arctic air mass, while locally heavy rain is possible along and ahead of the associated cold front over the eastern Ohio Valley and southeastern New England.
