Low pressure along the coast of the southeastern U.S. will produce gusty winds, dangerous surf, rip currents, and locally heavy rainfall through Monday. Elsewhere, isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible over parts of the Plains, while Red Flag Warnings are in effect for portions of North Dakota and Minnesota.
