


High Winds and Blizzard Conditions in the Central U.S.; Critical Fire Weather in Southern California
A powerful winter storm will continue to bring widespread impacts to the central U.S. today. Blizzard conditions will continue across portions of the east-central and northern Plains while high winds to 65 mph will continue over portions of the west-central and northern Plains into this evening. Gusty offshore winds will drive several days of critical fire weather in southern California.
