THERMAL LOW BUILDS UP THE COAST AND HIGH PRESSURE HOLDS OVER THE
NE PACIFIC. A WEAK LOW WILL MOVE NORTH OF THE WATERS LATE TONIGHT. A
WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
