WILL INCREASE FURTHER ON TUESDAY...WITH GALES POSSIBLE SOUTH OF
CAPE BLANCO. INCOMING LOW PRESSURE ON WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY
WILL DISRUPT THE THERMAL TROUGH AND HELP WINDS AND SEAS TO SUBSIDE.
