Synopsis: A 1000 mb low 60 nm SE of Seward moves to 40 nm SE of Whittier at 1000 mb by Mon morning and lingers through Tue morning before dissipating. A 984 mb low forms near Kodiak by Tue afternoon. Its front spreads across the W Gulf by Tue afternoon.
