High pressure from the west coast to the southeast will bring above normal temperatures through Friday. Meanwhile, strong low pressure near the Great Lakes will bring rain and snow showers with occasional gusty winds. A developing storm for Alaska may bring heavy snow, blizzard conditions and bitterly cold temperatures this weekend. The State of Hawaii may also see flooding into the weekend.
