Remnants from Imelda will continue to produce rainfall over southeast Texas into Saturday. Flash Flood Watches and Warnings continue. Major flooding on area rivers, streams, and low lying areas will continue. Strong to severe thunderstorms will impact the Plains today, shifting to the mid Mississippi River valley and Midwest on Saturday. Heavy rainfall could cause significant flash flooding.
