Clipper System Moving Across the Nation; Heavy Precipitation Across the Pacific Northwest

A clipper system moving through the Ohio Valley, Lower Great Lakes and central Appalachians will continue to produce snow and rain through Wednesday. Higher elevations of the central Appalachians could receive a few inches of snow. Meanwhile, excessive rainfall, flooding and high elevation snow will continue to impact the Pacific Northwest through mid-week.
