Synopsis: A front moving into the Panhandle is causing elevated winds and seas. A secondary area of low pressure is expected to form near Baranof Island, and this will lead to near gale force gusts for the Southern inner channels beginning mid-morning Sunday. The strongest winds are expected through early Monday morning. As the main low weakens and moves into the Gulf, expect winds to remain elevated, but not as strong as today.
