Synopsis: High pressure remains over the Gulf early this week with
persistent westerly to northwesterly flow. Marine layer sitting
over outer coast and inner channels begins clearing by midday
with light sea breezes developing in the afternoon. Next system
is expected to move into the northern panhandle Tuesday into
Wednesday.
