Synopsis: A ridge of high pressure lingers in the Gulf of Alaska while low
pressure strengthens south of the southern panhandle Tuesday,
increasing NW'ly winds and seas along the outer coast. At the same
time, high pressure builds over interior Canada leading to
outflow winds strengthening in the inner channels Tuesday. Winds
and seas begin to diminish through the day Wednesday.
