Synopsis: A second front extending from a low in the southeast gulf will
increase winds again for the outside coast and southern
panhandle on Tuesday. There is the possibility of thunderstorms
for primarily the southern half of the panhandle, which may have
localized, gusty winds. Winds and seas diminish overnight into
Wednesday as the low dissipates.
