Synopsis: Light winds are forecast through the day on Thursday with snow
moving over the region. Thursday night into Friday, outflow
winds build, with gale force in northern inner channels by
Friday afternoon quickly spreading south Friday night. Gale
force winds and freezing spray will envelop many northern and
central inner channels through the weekend, with storm force
conditions likely in Lynn Canal by Sunday. Outflow winds begin
to subside Monday morning.
