Synopsis: A ridge of high pressure briefly rebuilds over the panhandle
through Thursday, even as a weak front lingers over the NE Gulf
Coast. The ridge moves east as a stronger and more organized low
moves up from the south and into the Gulf on Friday, bringing
widespread increased winds and waves through the weekend.
