Synopsis: Broad high pressure remains anchored over the western Atlantic, with
its western periphery keeping the area under generally
easterly/southeasterly winds through Friday afternoon. The high
begins to weaken for the start of the weekend, with winds across the
coastal waters veering to more southerly flow by Saturday afternoon.
Rain chances will increase on Saturday as a frontal boundary
approaches the area from the north.
