


Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flooding Threats in the South
Organized severe thunderstorms capable of producing mainly large hail and perhaps damaging winds are expected across portions of Louisiana this afternoon with a second round further west tonight. Heavy thunderstorms may lead to flash flooding over portions of the northern Gulf Coast today through Saturday. Several inches of excessive rainfall are possible with Flash Flood Watches in effect.
