Winter Storm Bringing Impacts from Excessive Rainfall, Severe Thunderstorms, and Winter Weather to the Eastern U.S. This Weekend

A winter storm is moving across the eastern U.S. this weekend. Heavy snow will fall over northern New York into northern New England through early Monday. Heavy rainfall will continue areas of flash flooding from the mid-Mississippi Valley into the central Appalachians into Sunday.
