WATERS LATE TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN FROM
THE WEST ON WEDNESDAY, THEN A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS SOUTH OF
LONG ISLAND THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS ON
FRIDAY.
