Synopsis: A 1029 mb high north of Utqiagvik near 75 N will strengthen to 1031 mb and drift SE to Mackenzie Bay Tuesday morning. A 987 mb low in the southern Bering Sea will slowly deepen to 982 mb by Tuesday morning before weakening. High pressure persists through the week in the Beaufort Sea.
