Synopsis: A 1026 mb high 300 NM N of Utqiagvik moves NE to be 400 NM N of Kaktovik by Tuesday morning and to 150 NM N of Banks Island by Tuesday afternoon. A weak area of low pressure develops over Mackenzie Bay this afternoon and moves W along the Beaufort Sea Coast through Tuesday.
