OVER WAINWRIGHT. THE RIDGE WILL CONTINUE E WITH THE HIGH MOVING TO
THE BEAUFORT SEA BY WED MORNING. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL
MOVE OVER THE WESTERN ARCTIC WED MORNING.
