Synopsis: A 1006 mb low 400 NM NE of Barter Island will move northeast. A weather front stretching to Inuvik to Kotzebue will remain in place. A 1018 mb low near the Bering Strait will move over the Bering Strait as a 1010 mb low by 4pm Thu and to 100 NM west of Point Hope as a 1010 mb low by 4pm Fri.
