Pacific Storm Brings Multiple Impacts to the West;Severe Weather Expected in the Central U.S.
A strong storm is expected to produce heavy rainfall in northern and central California that could lead to significant and life-threatening flash floods and mudslides, particularly over burn scar areas, and periods of heavy snow and gusty winds from the Cascades and Sierra into the Intermountain West through Monday.
