Synopsis: High pressure exits the Gulf to the northeast. A front enters the western Gulf this afternoon, moves to the central Gulf by Thu afternoon, and then begins to weaken by Fri morning. A 1009 mb North Pacific low moves to 325 nm south of Cape Suckling at 996 mb by Thu afternoon and then to 390 nm southeast of Middleton Island at 999 mb by Fri morning.
