Synopsis: High pressure lingers along the North Gulf Coast as the ridge continues moving into Southeast Alaska. A front enters the western Gulf on Wed afternoon and then lifts across the central Gulf and western Gulf coast by Thu morning. A 1005 mb low forms 50 nm south of Akhiok by Thu morning.
