Synopsis: A weak shortwave over the central panhandle continues to decay as it moves northward. Calmer winds last through Monday night before a Gale force low moves in from the N Pacific Tuesday, bringing increased E to NE winds to Gulf and Inner Channels. Winds will remain elevated through the week as multiple fronts push into the area.
