Synopsis: Strong outflow will slowly weaken through Wednesday night with
freezing spray and seas decreasing with it. A weak low will move
SE through the eastern gulf Thu strengthening outflow again in
the north and spreading light snow along the outer coast and
near shore waters of the gulf. A gale force front will move east
across the gulf Fri night and into the panhandle Sat.
