Synopsis: Gale force outflow winds continue along the northern coast and inner channels into Wednesday morning, with moderate to heavy snowfall in the central region. Areas of freezing spray will also continue over the northern inner channels with times of heavy freezing spray possible. Winds diminish late Wednesday into Thursday across the area.
