...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

Synopsis: Compact low moves NE across the Gulf towards Baranof Island through Saturday. Winds increase to fresh to near Gale through the afternoon across the inner channels in response to the approaching low with strongest winds across the southern panhandle. Moderate to heavy snowfall is expected through Saturday with brief periods of visibilities below 1 nm expected. Outflow conditions are expected to return to most of the panhandle by Monday.
