Synopsis: A developing low in the northern gulf will remain nearly
stationary through mid week. It will then drift to the SE late
week. This will bring increasing westerly winds for the gulf
waters through the week and periods of southerly winds for the
inner channels. Outflow conditions briefly return Thursday into
Thursday night.

WSW wind 15 to 20 kt. Rain likely. Seas 5 to 6 ft.
Wednesday
WSW wind 15 to 20 kt, with gusts as high as 30 kt. Rain showers likely before 3pm, then rain and snow showers. Seas 6 to 8 ft.
Wednesday Night
WSW wind 15 to 25 kt becoming WNW 5 to 10 kt after midnight. Rain and snow showers, becoming all snow after 9pm. Seas 8 to 9 ft.
