Synopsis: A front moving across the panhandle is bringing fresh to strong breezes this morning. Ridging forms over today behind the front, bringing weaker onshore flow. Another low expected to move through the central Gulf Thursday and Friday, with a gale force low center lingering near Kenai Peninsula through the weekend. General outflow pattern out of N channels this weekend.
