fresh to strong breezes. Ridging forms over the Gulf Wednesday
bringing weaker onshore flow. Another low expected to move through
the central Gulf Thursday and Friday, with a gale force low
center lingering near Kenai Peninsula through the weekend. General
outflow pattern out of N channels this weekend.
