Synopsis: Front moves across panhandle through Tuesday night, bringing fresh to strong breezes. Ridging forms over the Gulf Wednesday bringing weaker onshore flow. Another low expected to move through the central Gulf Thursday and Friday, with a gale force low center lingering near Kenai Peninsula through the weekend. General outflow pattern out of N channels this weekend.
