The start of the Memorial day weekend will feature a number of weather hazards. Severe storms are expected in the north-central Plains and perhaps across New England. Critical fire weather conditions will persist across the Four Corners region. The Northwest will be unsettled with cooler temperatures, showers and mountain snow.
