Synopsis: A 994 mb low 125 nm W of Saint Paul remains nearly stationary before dissipating Wed morning. A 981 mb North Pacific low 220 nm S of Shemya moves to 10 nm E of Atka for Wed afternoon. This low continues to 75 nm SW of Cape Newenham at 992 mb by Thu afternoon.
