A stalled front along the Gulf Coast into Texas will continue to produce rounds of thunderstorms and heavy rain with flooding over the next couple of days. Meanwhile, a potent system will produce heavy snow and gusty winds across the central Rockies into the High Plains through Friday. Finally, a coastal storm will deliver locally heavy rain, gusty winds and mainly mountain snow in New England.
