Widespread Flooding Remains in the Mid-Mississippi Valley; Significant Spring Storm Shifting Across the Southeast U.S.

The significant heavy rainfall and flash flood event which brought widespread areal flooding and exceedingly rare major river flooding over the mid-Mississippi River Valley since late last week is now shifting progressively through the Southeast U.S. today.
