Severe Thunderstorms for Southeast Texas; Series of Fronts to Impact the Pacific Northwest

Scattered thunderstorms, some severe, will be possible Thursday mainly over southeast Texas. A conditional risk for a few tornadoes will be possible. A series of cold fronts will start to impact areas along and west of the Cascades Thursday with rain for the valleys and snow at many mountain passes. Heavier precipitation is expected to push into the region on Friday and continue into the weekend.
