Cold System Impacting California into Southwest/Four Corners; System Tracking From Mississippi Valley Into East, Possible Prelude To Much Stronger System

A storm digging through CA into the Southwest and Four Corners region will produce heavy mountain snow and showers. Further east, another storm will track from the Mid MS Valley to the Mid-Atlantic for a swath of snow and ice w/ locally heavy rain through Monday. By Tuesday, a stronger storm w/ a wealth of moisture will impact the eastern two-thirds w/ excessive rain, heavy snow and ice.
