


Another Round of Severe Thunderstorms in the South; Another Pacific Storm Expected for California
Scattered severe thunderstorms will likely occur today from central Louisiana eastward across the central Gulf Coast states and into the Carolinas. Very large hail and several tornadoes are possible, including a couple of strong tornadoes. Another Pacific storm will bring additional rounds of heavy rain and mountain snow to California late Monday into Wednesday.

pressure exits tonight with weak high pressure briefly moving in
Sunday and Sunday night. A weak low will then move through the
Mid Atlantic region on Monday and pass south of Long Island
Monday night, with high pressure following for Tuesday through
Wednesday. A weak cold front comes through dry Wednesday night.
High pressure returns for Thursday.
